Individual lesson (online)

An online lesson is about learning a new way of thinking that has a positive influence on your own physical and mental state. Tensions are released, body awareness is refined.


This makes it possible to activate the power from the whole body - in everything we do. We work with everyday movements such as standing up and sitting down, walking, bending down and reaching for something.


I verbally guide the movements, underline the intended directions with gestures and sometimes invite you to place your hands in certain places so that you can perceive them even more.


Together we direct our attention: to a detail and then back to the whole. On us or in space. We practice being open and flexible in our thinking and with our body and create good conditions for more length and width.


The result is a relaxed, pleasant body feeling as well as mental calmness and clarity.
